The couple who own this central London Victorian house are both architects - they collaborated on the major redesign of the property for themselves and their 3 young children. It is an inspirational and yet entirely liveable and practical house with each floor relating to the next in an easy flow of light, bespoke cabinetry and fine detailing. The husband in half German/Italian and his wife is from Beirut. Both favour Italian design and 20C classics. Glass, mirrors, stone and timber are utilised to create a seamless elegant interior where any original decorative details haven been faithfully preserved or restored.
